Power is the ability to progress, to move forward, to become one's best self. Things that keep us from progressing or becoming our best selves steal our power. False power, or powers derived from the wrong sources cause regression in our lives (or the lives of those we influence), or provide power that isn't sustainable. We need to visualize the life we want. We need to accept who we are. We need to discover what matters most to us, and most importantly, we need to discover those truths we lack. By discovering truths and accepting them with integrity, we can progress by acting on them.
